Operations Specialist Intern

Lightspeed is seeking a full- or part-time, customer-centric and energetic person to join the Sales Operations EMEA team as an intern in our Operations team. Reporting to the Team Lead for Subscription Operations, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and Vendors alongside the Sales Operations Team for tasks related to Fulfilment and shipments throughout the EMEA region.

What you'll be doing:

  • resolve Fulfilment and shipment-related inquiries via email from our customers;
  • collaborate with our Vendors to ensure smooth processing of shipment orders;
  • collaborate with Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure correct system data;
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management and sales projects as required

What you bring to the team:

  • experience in an administrative or support role;
  • enrolment in studies focused on supply chain or finance
  • Working proficiency in English and full proficiency in either Dutch or German
  • time management and organization skills;
  • attention to detail;
  • a thorough and methodical approach to your work.

Even better if you have...

  • experience with Salesforce.com and Zendesk is a plus;
  • Passion for technology;
  • eCommerce, Retail or Restaurant experience.
