As a Bilingual Account Manager (Dutch & English) for the Benelux region, you’ll be the driving force behind growing our existing customer base and identifying new business opportunities within the Hospitality industry. You’ll build long-term partnerships, uncover upsell potential, and make sure every client gets maximum value from Lightspeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and expanding a portfolio of existing customers in the Hospitality sector.
Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic renewals.
Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts and improve client satisfaction.
Negotiating and closing deals that contribute directly to your targets.
Partnering with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience.
Forecasting, reporting, and managing your sales pipeline efficiently in our CRM.
Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity to provide consultative value to clients.
What You Need to Bring:
- Proven experience in sales-focused account management or B2B sales (hospitality experience is a plus).
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a bonus).
The ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
