GTM Operations Analyst

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We are seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to support the execution of key Hardware commercial initiatives across global markets, based in Montreal. This role sits within the broader Go-To-Market Operations function and focuses on bringing structure, consistency, and visibility to new and evolving hardware programs.

This is an execution-focused role suited for someone who thrives in structured operational work, enjoys working through ambiguity, and takes ownership of end-to-end workflows in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Supporting process build & documentation

  • Assisting in developing operational documentation, including process flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs), for new hardware-related GTM initiatives

  • Translating business requirements into clear, executable workflows

  • Identifying gaps, edge cases, or dependencies in early-stage processes

Owning manual process execution

  • Executing recurring operational tasks tied to hardware initiatives (e.g., data identification, eligibility reviews, tracking actions, billing triggers)

  • Pulling and filtering data from internal systems to identify relevant customer cohorts

  • Supporting communication workflows across cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency during pilot and early rollout phases

Tracking performance & maintaining visibility

  • Monitoring key operational metrics such as billing activity, adoption signals, and process compliance

  • Maintaining tracking files and dashboards using Excel and internal reporting tools

  • Flagging discrepancies, trends, and issues for stakeholder review

Supporting transition to automation

  • Maintaining manual processes while system enhancements are being developed

  • Providing operational feedback to help shape automation and system improvements

  • Supporting QA and testing during process transitions

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partnering closely with GTM Ops, Finance, Billing, AR, and Sales teams

  • Coordinating issue resolution and ensuring smooth execution across functions

  • Escalating risks, blockers, or process gaps when needed

What you'll bring to the team:

  • ~3–5 years of experience in Operations, GTM Ops, BizOps, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical/operational role

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Comfort working with data in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

  • Ability to follow structured processes while operating in an evolving environment

  • Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage recurring responsibilities independently

  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

Even better if you have, but not necessary:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems

  • Experience in billing, payments, SaaS, or transaction-based business models

  • Experience supporting new process rollouts or operational scaling initiatives
