Implementation Consultant - Dutch Speaking

We are looking for a full-time Dutch-speaking Implementation Consultant to join our Launch Services team in Amsterdam (Netherlands market).

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering product orientation and training sessions to new Dutch-speaking Lightspeed Restaurant customers through virtual onboarding sessions. Your goal is to ensure customers fully understand the POS software and feel confident to successfully set up and launch their business operations.

To succeed in this role, you bring strong customer service experience, a background in hospitality is highly valued, and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where adaptability is key.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Act as a Lightspeed product expert, delivering engaging virtual onboarding sessions to new and existing customers in the Dutch market.
  • Train customers on specific product features based on their workflows and operational needs.
  • Lead one-on-one and group training sessions, adapting your approach to different skill levels and learning styles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support their success, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales journey, including onboarding, follow-ups, and handover to support teams.
  • Create and manage documentation related to onboarding processes and product training.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of Lightspeed’s core products and add-ons.
  • Participate in team meetings to collaborate, share best practices, and exchange product knowledge.
  • Work closely with Implementation Specialists, Coordinators, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely launch for customers.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience in customer-facing roles (ideally within B2B or B2C environments)
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Experience delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical concepts
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have (but not required)

  • Previous experience in a technical role (software, IT, or technical support)
  • Familiarity with Apple tools, web technologies, or networking
  • Understanding of restaurant POS systems
