We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to join the Hospitality Partnerships team. You will be responsible for developing and executing partner-facing marketing initiatives across APAC to support partner engagement, demand generation, and product adoption.

You will work closely with Partnerships, Product, Product Marketing and Marketing teams to ensure partners are equipped with the right messaging, content and campaigns to effectively position Lightspeed, communicate joint value propositions, and drive joint outcomes.

Reporting to the Snr Manager, Partnerships - Hospitality, APAC, you will also be responsible for coordinating partner marketing activity, managing joint initiatives, and maintaining partner-facing content and assets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives

  • Build and manage joint marketing plans with partners that align to broader business objectives

  • Lead the coordination and execution of co-branded campaigns and content (e.g. web pages, case studies, videos, and other collateral), ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output

  • Act as a storyteller with a strong customer-centric lens, crafting clear, compelling copy across channels, including partner-facing messaging and joint value propositions

  • Develop partner-facing assets and content aligned to product roadmap and releases, working closely with Product and Product Marketing to ensure partners are equipped with current messaging and materials

  • Own and manage a pipeline of marketing projects and partner activities, including maintaining a shared calendar and communicating progress to stakeholders

  • Manage and track joint marketing initiatives and co-funded partner activity, ensuring spend is aligned to priorities and delivering measurable outcomes

  • Audit and maintain website content (including partner integrations) and third-party listings to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Drive marketplace visibility across owned and third-party channels, working with Marketing to optimise performance where required

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement

  • Support partner enablement through the creation of reusable marketing resources, tools, and training

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new partnership and growth opportunities

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • 2–4 years of experience across product, partner, or broader marketing roles

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred

  • Strong ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling copy across multiple channels

  • Experience developing marketing collateral and content

  • Solid understanding of technology platforms and integration ecosystems

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships and Marketing teams

  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how marketing activity contributes to partner engagement and growth

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including content creation, campaign management and analytics tools
